Chef Warren Caterson, the entertaining and creative author of the award-winning cookbooks, Table for Two – The Cookbook for Couples and Table for Two – Back for Seconds, serves up a menu of kitchen tips, cooking hints and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of cooking for two on Tuesday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ponte Vedra Library.
Chef Warren is a self-described foodie and full-time writer who studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts. He’s entertained and educated thousands through his books and with his one-man cooking demonstrations, answering questions and providing valuable tips for improving the daily cooking ritual.
Chef Warren will discuss Florida cuisine, and show us how to prepare quick and healthy meals using a variety of seafood, poultry and meat with locally grown fruits and vegetables. He’ll end his presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy entrée that anyone can replicate in his or her own home.
Each of Chef Warren’s books contains over 235 recipes featuring fresh and readily available ingredients. They will be available for purchase at the conclusion of his presentation with the FOL receiving a portion of the proceeds.
The Ponte Vedra Forum, presented by the Friends of the Ponte Vedra Library, is free and open to the public.
