Summer Book Sale at Main Library

Need to stock up on some books for your next trip to the beach? Shop the Summer Book Sale Book Sale at the Main Library. Members of Friends will be able to shop the sale during special “Friends-Only” preview hours on Friday at the times listed. Memberships will be available at the door and scanners will be allowed during public book sale hours only. On Saturday, the sale is open to the public. All the items on sale come from community donations or materials removed from library holdings. Hardback books are priced at $1.00 and paperback prices range from 10¢ to 50¢. Prices for children’s books range from 10¢ to 25¢. Select special books and media items are priced at $3.00 and up. Audio Books, DVDs and CDS are priced at $1.00. VHS tapes and cassettes are 5 for $1.00. The Monday sale will be a “3 Bucks-a-Bag Sale”. We supply the bags; you fill ‘em up! Friends of the Main Library St. Augustine holds book sales frequently to raise funds and to promote membership. All book sale proceeds support the Main Library’s needs.
