Bill and Joan Blake, TV impresarios in Chicago, are making a documentary for PBS. Ten people whose lives have been drastically affected tell their stories. Both sides of the debate are considered.
In "The Shooter," Lee and Nanette Weaver (Bill and Joan Blake) are husband and wife in the throes of producing a PBS documentary for television. Bill is a confident gun-lover and Second Amendment advocate, while Joan is the opposite - reform-minded, equally adamant in favor of increased gun control.
