Wine & Charcuterie Styling Workshop

Learn all about the world of charcuterie creation. Never again will you have to wonder how delectable charcuterie boards are made!

This workshop teaches more than the basic ‘salami rose’ technique. Instead, it focuses on sourced ingredients that complement each other along with the hands-on building of an amazing presentation.

About the interactive workshop:
~Limited access – up to 20 persons. Reservations are required.
~Brings your friends or make new ones (private groups are also available).

Each Participant Will Receive:
~Step-by-Step instructions created by Melissa, of Ancient City Brunch Bar and Ancient City Cooking Experience.
~Enjoy two complimentary glasses of wine during the event (additional wine by the glass or bottle purchases are available).
~Take home a souvenir glass to mark the occasion!
~ A variety of cheeses, meats, and the best accompaniments to experiment with
~ Perfect pairing suggestions and insider tips on the best places to shop for cheese board items.

Please note: You are also welcome to bring your own board or handcrafted olive wood charcuterie boards will be available for purchase.
