Jordan Taylor, guitar, and Micah Taylor, cello will present this unique musical program on May 5. The Taylor brothers, who lived for 14 years in Ghana, have done comprehensive research into this traditional music, produced arrangements, and recorded a series of three digital EPs highlighting different traditions. As the result of their deep love for the Ghanaian culture, Jordan founded the Ghana National Music Festival in 2015 to inspire Ghana’s youth towards a career path in music and foster international collaborations between American and Ghanaian artists.
