Give Kids The World Day | FREE OPEN STUDIO

The Art House is having a FREE OPEN STUDIO event September 6th from 4-8 PM for kids to CREATE FOR A CAUSE! The Art House is offering a chance for kids to get together to make art submissions that will be auctioned to raise funds at the Give Kids The World Day event at Guy Harvey Resort on September 26th.

Lemonade and cookies will be provided to fuel creativity and there will be art instructors on hand to assist with ideas and execution. Please bring your own supplies (canvas, wood, mixed media, or upcycled items are encouraged!) There will be a $5 supply fee for those wanting to use air-dry clay or acrylic paint.

The 25th annual Give Kids The World Day will be held on Saturday, September 23rd from 11 AM–4 PM at the Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. The event will feature music, a youth art show, kids’ activities, local vendors, pool time, silent and live auctions, raffle prizes, and food and drinks. All proceeds from the event will benefit Give Kids the World Village.

Give Kids The World is a nonprofit resort that provides free vacations for critically ill children and their families. The goal of the resort is to provide families with renewed purpose, optimism, and hope through life-changing experiences and time away from hospitals and medical treatments.
