The intersection of art, music, and dance has been the catalyst for innovative and breathtaking collaborations throughout history. Dance, in particular, has been a long-time subject of art. In homage to this tradition, the dancer as muse, and the historic artists before her, Paige Bradley has embarked on a new series of Degas-style works. With discipline and elegance, the dancer finds her pose. As Bradley works passionately, in only a few hours a figure emerges in the clay, resulting in a tender accounting of the young dancer’s spirit.
