Spanish Dons, English Pirates, and Florida Crackers

Favorite storytellers, Drew Sappington and Wayne Sims, entertain with their unique takes on history .

An afternoon of stories you might hear on the front porch or around the kitchen table if your grandfathers, uncles, and aunts had hilarious stories to tell about Pirates attempting to attack St. Augustine, the Goat Man of Goat Island, Alachua Cows, or Uncle Brother.

The storytellers Drew Sappington and Wayne Sims promise an entertaining afternoon.

Drew Sappington has published some of his quirky views on history in Hidden History of St. Augustine.

Wayne Sims is a former radio announcer and well-known as one of the Storytelling Sims.
