• Session 1 – THRONES June 4-8; 9am-noon; Grades 1-6

Conquer the Medieval world of art! In this “court of creativity”, young knights and fair ladies bring the Dark Ages to light with royal selfie portraits, illuminated manuscripts and fantastic gargoyle and dragon sculptures. This fantasy art kingdom rules!

• Session 2 – MY COUSIN VINCENT June 11-15; 9am-noon; Grades 1-6

With Vincent Van Gogh in the family, life is never dull! Tag along with “Vinny” on an exciting journey into Impressionism and Expressionism re-imagining Starry Nights, Sunflowers, and cityscapes in richly colored paintings, 3D mixed media and collage.

• Session 3 – SOAR! June 18-22; 9am-noon; Grades 1-6

Catch the wind and soar in this artistic discovery of flight. Using an array of art techniques and materials, projects will draw inspiration from aerial photos, birds, rockets, kites and perhaps some unidentified flying objects. It’ll take your imagination to new heights!

• Session 4 – SUPER HEROES June 25-29; 9am-noon; Grades 1-6

POW! KABOOM! It’s Super Artist! Just in time for the 80th anniversary of Superman, comic heroes like Wonder Woman, Black Panther, Spiderman and YOU jump into action in graphic posters and comic inspired 3D sculptures. Tap into your super powers and create!

• Session 5 – ART INTERSECTIONS June 25-29; 1-4pm; Ages 12+

Create edgy works of art inspired by modern artists. In this experimental environment, young artists will explore art techniques that build on their personal interests and skill. Projects include Calder-esque art-in-motion assemblages, large-scale puzzle paintings, and mixed media works inspired by Mondrian, Matisse, Picasso and Klimt.
