Taste of the Beach

The 11th annual taste of the Beach to benefit the Betty Griffin House – a shelter for victims of domestic violence.  16 local restaurants compete for bragging rights for best appetizer, entree and desert. Patrons buy $1 tickets to be used for “tastes” of food & drink provided by 16 local restaurants.  Beer, wine and soft drinks are available for purchase.  It’s an afternoon of delciious food, live music and it’s all for a great cause!  The event starts at noon and ends with awards at 5 PM.  The Taste of the Beach was created and is produced by the St Augustine Beach Civic Association and takes place annually at the St Johns County Pier Pavilion, 350 A1A Beach Blvd in St Augusine Beach.  Offsite parking is available at City and Hall and Ron Parker Park in St Augustine Beach.  Free shuttle service is provided by Sax Taxi and Shuttle.  For more information on this event please visit www.sabca,org and click on the Taste of the Beach button
